Chuck Crabtree earned his BS in biology from Whitworth College (Spokane,Washington) and his MS in environmental toxicology from Clemson University (Clemson, South Carolina).

He worked for Compliance Services International(CSI) for 7 years as an environmental consultant with an emphasis onpesticide regulatory issues, quality assurance, GIS, and Remote Sensing. He is currently the Site Manager at the Edith Angel Environmental ResearchCenter (EAERC) in Chariton, Iowa which is operated by The Institute of
Environmental and Human Health (TIEHH) at Texas Tech University (TTU).

TheEAERC is a field research facility that supports agricultural and environmental field research conducted by students and faculty at TIEHH.Mr. Crabtree's areas of expertise include terrestrial toxicology, fieldstudy design and conduct, GIS and remote sensing, quality assurance and GLPs, and agrochemical research.
